Welcome to the Wreath Workshop!

The Gardens of Southeastern North Carolina reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any Wreath Workshop event.
 

• Decision Timing: Any decision to reschedule or cancel a Wreath Workshop event will be made by 2 PM on the day before the event. Ticket holders will be notified via text message using the phone number provided during ticket purchase.
• Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled and you are unable to attend on the new date, your ticket purchase will be treated as a generous donation to support The Gardens’ mission.
• Cancellation: If the event is canceled without a new date, you will have the option to either:

1. Receive a full refund, or
2. Convert your purchase into a charitable donation to further The Gardens' efforts.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled without rescheduling. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for unused tickets or for inability to attend a rescheduled date.

Instead of issuing a monetary refund, we encourage you to make a meaningful impact in the community. If you choose to cancel your tickets, your purchase will be converted into a charitable donation to The Gardens of Southeastern North Carolina, a non-profit organization dedicated to environmental conservation and community enrichment.

Please note that no refunds will be provided for cancellations made by attendees for any reason.

This refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. Any updates will be posted here on our website and will apply to all cancellation requests made after the revised policy's effective date.
