We at The Gardens of Southeastern North Carolina strive to provide excellent products and/or services and a seamless experience to all our patrons. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may lead to the cancellation of a purchase or service. In such cases, we have devised a refund policy that not only accommodates cancellations but also supports a worthy cause.

The Gardens of Southeastern North Carolina retains the authority to reschedule or cancel an event in the event of inclement weather. Should the need to reschedule arise, and you find yourself unable to attend the new date, your purchase will be considered a generous donation to support The Gardens' mission. Alternatively, if the event is canceled without rescheduling, you will have the option to receive a full refund or graciously contribute the amount as a charitable donation to The Gardens. 

Customers who wish to cancel their purchase or service must notify us in writing via email at info@thegardensofsenc.com or by contacting our customer support team at 1 (800) 624-8174. Please provide your order/reference number and the reason for the cancellation.

Upon receiving your cancellation request and verifying your eligibility, we will process your refund accordingly. Depending on the payment method used during the original purchase, the refund will be issued through the same channel. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account.

Instead of providing a monetary refund, we offer you the opportunity to make a difference in the community. In the event of cancellation, you have the option to choose a charitable donation to The Gardens of Southeastern North Carolina, a non-profit organization dedicated to environmental conservation and community enhancement. 

If you opt for the donation, we will provide you with a confirmation email acknowledging your contribution to The Gardens of Southeastern North Carolina. Your support will help fund vital projects and initiatives aimed at creating a sustainable and vibrant environment for our region. 

Cancellations are eligible for refunds and donations up to 2 days before the scheduled date of the product delivery or service commencement. After this deadline, the option for a monetary refund will no longer be available and the donation will be the default choice.

Please note that certain products or services may be non-refundable as indicated during the purchase process or in the terms and conditions of the specific offering.

This refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on our website and will apply to all cancellation requests made after the revised policy's effective date.
